Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, delivery is out of our hands. 

Refunds will not be given for missing or stolen packages.

If USPS misplaces your package, please reach out to them. 

Replacements can be offered if items arrive damaged as long as photographic proof is sent to thatcandleplace@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery.
